Plumbing & electrical
Relocating sink, adding outlets, under-cabinet and ceiling lighting. We coordinate licensed trades and permits.
Fixtures & appliances
Faucets, sinks, range hood, and appliance hookups. We spec for performance and style and install so everything works.

Final finish & walkthrough

How long does a full kitchen remodel take?
Typically 8–14 weeks from contract to completion, depending on scope, permits, and material lead times. We give you a detailed schedule at the start and keep you updated if anything shifts.
Do I need permits?
Yes. Structural, plumbing, and electrical work usually require permits. We pull and manage all permits and coordinate inspections so your project stays compliant and insurable.
Can I keep using my kitchen during the remodel?
For a full remodel, the space is usually out of use for the main phase. We can set up a temporary kitchen in another room (sink, microwave, fridge) so you can still prepare meals at home.
What's included in the estimate?
Design, demolition, rough-in work (plumbing, electrical, structural if needed), cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, fixtures, and installation. We itemize so you see exactly what you're paying for; appliances are often separate.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We accept standard progress payments (deposit, milestones, completion). For financing we can refer you to lenders that specialize in home improvement loans; we're happy to work with your chosen financing.
